So we were more pleased than shocked when we sighted her at the WIE (Women Inspiration Enterprise) Symposium, which held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos this past weekend, in this exaggerated structured skirt by Japanese designer Junya Watanabe!

 

She paired the skirt with a green and black print fitted top and completed her look with a Birkin handbag, red patent pointies and sunglasses.

Kanye West has done it again…He covers the new February issue of  Interview Magazine in these dark, but rather interesting photos. The angry rapper featured his infamous gory but high fashion masks…he’s been doing tours and performing in them recently, and they are causing a bit of  stir! So the infamous Miley Cyrus’ Bangerz tour is kicking off on Valentine’s day, the 14th of February 2014. The renowned designer Roberto Cavalli no less, released some photos of pieces he designed for her tour, here’s what he said on his blog:

“Have you seen the costumes I designed for Miley Cyrus for her “The Bangerz World Tour”? I really admire Miley, she has become a complete artist!“

The sketches do look a lot like Miley though! Pretty racy get ups…but chic and her none the less. Go Cavalli!

NEW PHOTOS FROM TOKE MAKINWA’S SURPRISE WEDDING

 

As we all know…our fave TV/Red carpet personality got married out of the blue, to the shock and surprise of everyone…including herself! She only just released some photos of the wedding, which took place on the 15th of January, and here’s what she wrote on her blog:

On the 15th of January 2014,  I got married to my lover and Best Friend. It was such an intimate event, I haven’t stopped apologising to family and friends who feel slighted that they could not attend.  I really did not wish to keep it a secret, If anything we would have loved to have all our loved ones there with us but this was our registry and  so much had happened between Maje and I in the last 3 months. Plus, it was such a huge surprise, I had no clue. I hate surprises but I must say, this one knocked me out of my elements because i usually suspect something is happening. Hehehehe!  I am not fully over it yet.

Relationships are tough, people go through the ups and downs and we as a couple have had our share of that. Having a private moment was not to offend anyone, it was God’s appointed time and No, I am not pregnant. Lol.  Having a baby is a precious gift from God and when that time is right, I am sure he will bless us with ours. Without boring you all, cos you mean so much to me, I have decided to share some of the pictures from the happiest day of my life.
